“Usho kanje uJehova, uthi: yimani ezindleleni, nibone, nibuze imikhondo yasendulo ukuthi iphi indlela enhle, nihambe ngayo, niyakufumana ukuphumula kwemiphefumulo yenu; kepha bathi: asiyakuhamba ngayo” (UJeremiya 6:16)

 

Ibandla lezinsuku zethu liphethe umyalezo ohlukile kunalona wasikhathi esedlule. Ivangeli lesimanjemanje lithambile kanti futhi liyabekezela kakhulu. Abantu baholeleka ekutheni bakholwe ukuthi bangathatha noma yiphi indlela abathanda ukuyithatha becabanga ukuthi uNkulunkulu uyathokoza ngalokho. Kodwa usuke wawuhlola umyalezo kamphostoli uPawulu? Isihloko esigcwele yonke incwadi kaNkulunkulu endala.

UPawulu uyafakaza kwizenzo 26 ngosuku abizelwa ngalo emsebenzini wenkosi. Eveza futhi umyalezo awunikwa uNkulunkulu.

“Ngalokho, nkosi, Agripha, angibanga ngongawulaleliyo umbono wasezulwini” (Izenzo 26:19).

UPawulu waba olalela enze ngokushesha kaJesu Kristu, waqhubeka kanjalo. Futhi ukulalela “umbono wasezulwini”. Kwakungumyalezo wenkosi uqobo lwayo. UPawulu waqhubeka kanjalo enesiqiniseko sokuthi wayeyindoda kaNkulunkulu eyenza umsebenzi wokuhambisa umyalezo, engasiyo indoda ebekwe ngabantu noma efundiswe abantu.

“Kodwa ngamemezela kuqala kwabaseDamaseku nakwabaseJerusalema, nakulo lonke izwe laseJudiya nakwabezizwe ukuba baphenduke, baguqukele kuNkulunkulu, benze imisebenzi efanele ukuphenduka” (Izenzo 26:20).

Ukufingqa nje lapha umsebenzi womphostoli, ofaka umsebenzi kumaJuda Kanye nabezizwe. Bhekisisa ukuthi umyalezo wawufana yonke indawo “baphenduke, baguqukele kuNkulunkulu, benze imisebenzi efanele ukuphenduka.” Kwakungumyelezo onxantathu.

 

I.”Ukuba baphenduke”

 

Ezimpandeni zalo igama “phenduka” kuhlangene umqondo wokushintsha indlela yokucabanga, ukuthi abantu bashintshe ukucabanga. Igama elijwayeleke kakhulu kwizintshumayelo zabaphostoli baNkulunkulu encwadini yezenzo. Ukuphenduka akukaze kukhulurne ngokushintsha nje okukhela phezulu, kodwa lokhu okusuka ekujuleni, kwimigomo enqala phakathi nenhloso enyusa lokhu okwenza ngaphandle empilweni. Yigama elinzima elingase lisho okubuzisayo, njengephutha lomuntu noma isici. Okungajwayelekile ukuthi kuphoswe kubantu ngenxa yobuntekenteke noma ubuthakathaka okunzima kulelizwe lamanje labantu.

Buka nje! Buka okucacile! Lomyelezo uPawulu ayebizwe uNkulunkulu ukuba awudlulise kunoma ubani ubulula nje, uncenga ukuba ashintshe ingqondo yakhe noma injongo. Lomyalezo obalulekile wawufana kumaJuda nabezizwe, abesilisa nabesifazane, abamhlophe noma amazulu, amasulumane namandiya, amaPholineshiya nama-Esikimo!! Kubo bonke kudingeka ukuphenduka! Wonke amaqembu abantu, wonke umuntu! Ngenkathi ekhuluma ngaphambilini uPawulu kwelamaGreki, izazi zefilosofi e-Athens wathi, “uNkulunkulu … ukuba bonke ezindaweni zonke baphenduke” (Izenzo 17:30). Bonke abantu, ezindaweni zonke. Kanti futhi, kuyala uNKulunkulu wezulu! Khona lapha e-Athens lomyalezo wakhulunywa kubantu ababengenalo ulwazi lwebhayibheli. UPawulu wacabanga ukuthi bayamazi loNkulunkulu ababemuphika, njengoba kwincwadi yabaseRoma 1:19-20 esho. Akasibonanga isidingo sokulokhu eveza ubukhulu bebhayibheli kwezinye izincwadi, noma uNkulunkulu webhayibheli ngaphezu konkulunkulu, noma amaqiniso endalo nomdali. Wacabanga ukuthi noma yimuphi umuntu angakuqonda lokho. UPawulu akasibonanga isidingo sokubhekana nabo ngomthetho, Umthetho kaNkulunkulu wokulungile ophukileyo. Wacabanga ukuthi abantu bayawuqonda unembeza wabo. UPawulu akabiyelanga noma akambathisanga lutho ukuvuma ukuthi abantu bathi ababe abalungalungile noma kancane nje, okusho ukuthi kukhona ingxenyana kubo efuna ukulungiswa, hlampe izinto abazaziyo. Cha! Ukushintsha okujulile okudingekayo, futhi kufuneka kuwo wonke umuntu. Asihlangani nabantu abangasindisiwe okudingeka basetshenzwe nje ingxenyana, bazalwane! Akusikho lapho uNkulunkulu asithatha khona thina. Uma utakula umuntu emkhumbini ozikayo anihlangani phakathi nendawo. Uyamdonsa indlela yonke kuze kube usephephile endaweni yokuphepha. Umuntu kumele eze wonke kuJesu Kristu okanye akanalutho, akakasuki nhlobo olakeni lukaNkulunkulu. Umuntu ngeke azofaka uJesu kwisizungu sakhe sabanye oNkulunkulu abangcono. Lokhu kusobala, umyalezo wokuphenduka uqondile usho okuthile;

  • Ngaphandle kukaJesu Kristu wonke umuntu usemgaqweni okungesiwo (bheka kunemizwa ethandekayo!). Impela “Lonke ikhanda liyagula, nayo yonke inhliziyo ibuthakathaka. Kusukela ematheni onyawo kuze kube sekhanda, akukho okuphelele” (U-Isaya 1:5-6).
  • Akusikho kuphela ukuthi labo abangaphandle kukaJesu babi, kodwa uNkulunkulu uthola amaphutha kubo ngendlela yabo embi.
  • Ukuthi umuntu angabizelwa ukuhambisa lomyalezo olula wokuphenduka kusho ukuthi ukhona umgaqo okuyiwonawona, futhi yena usewutholile. Yingakho abanye abantu belungile abanye bengalungile. Kukhona okulungile nokungalungile! Umuntu akanalo ilungelo lokucabanga futhi enze lokhu akukhetheyo mese elindela ukuthi bonke, Kanye noNkulunkulu bazohlonipha izinqumo zakhe “njengezimlungele yena”.
  • Ekufuneni kukaNkulunkulu ukuphenduka kusho kona ukuthi kukhona okulungile. Bonke abantu kumele baphendule kukho, futhi ngakho uNkululikulu uyohlulela wonke umuntu, okungaphakathi kuye Kanye nezenzo zangaphandle.
  • Bonke kumele babone iphutha labo ekuphikeni uNkulunkulu okunguye weqiniso, oqinisileyo, bavumelane nobuhle obubekwa uNkulunkulu, bazisole ngokufeyila kwabo, bazonde futhi bashiye ithemba labo lamanje. Wonke umphefumulo kumele ukuthi akusikho nje ukuthi indlela yabo yimbi, indlela yesono, indlela yobundlobongela, ukuhamba ngokuzithandela.
  • Lapha kuvela isidingo sokuthi wonke umuntu afune ukuxolelwa uNkulunkulu, ngoba ngaphandle kukaJesu akanalutho!

Konke lokhu kuyachazwa, memezela ukufuna kukaNkulunkulu ukuba abantu baphenduke. Isidingo nqangi sokushintsha kwenhliziyo maqondana noNkulunkulu nesono, okuhle nokubi. Kuhlanganisa ubuhlungu ngenxa yesono sami, ukuzisola kweqiniso nokuzonda amathemba ami amabi amadala.

Singacabanga nje ukuthi lokhu kunganyusa amashiya kubantu nje abangakholwa. “hhay ngathi usuzikhukhumeza ngokungamawalake manje aybo!! Ube uvele ungubani uthi ngenza okungalungile wena ungolungileyo, manje ngisebumnyameni wena usekukhanyeni”? Kusho umuntu ohluleka ukubona ukuthi “kusho inkosi”! “Phenduka” Lona umyalezo wonke amadoda kaNkulunkulu ngokweqiniso awuzisa kulelizwe, awazondelwa wona.

 

II. “Ukuba baphenduke, bagugukelekuNkulunkulu

 

Kukhona     ukugcizelela         lapha kwigama elisemvakwelesingisi, ligcizelela ukubuya, into efana nokuthi “jika ngokuphelele”. Guquka wena wonke, uguqukele “kuNkulunkulu ushiye izithombe, ukhonze uNkulunkulu ophilayo, uNkulunkulu weqiniso”. Shiya phansi imicabango yonke eyake yakuholela kude noNkulunkulu webhayibheli umkhonze ngakho konke ungashiyi lutho, ngenhliziyo yakho yonke, ngomoya, ngengqondo nangamandla. Ekushumayeleni komphostoli “kubo bonke abantu, ezindaweni zonke” wayegcizelela kulokhu, ukuthi umphefumulo mawuphendukele kuNkulunkulu. Lalela amazwi kaPawulu kwisixuku eListra ethi “Sinishumayeza ivangeli ukuze niphenduke kulokho okuyize, niphendukele kuNkulunkulu ophilayo(Izenzo 14:15). Buka uPawulu ekhipha inkolo yabo endala yokhokho babo eyibiza “ngeze” egcizelela ukuthi kumele “baphenduke” kubulima obuyize benkolo yabo yamanga “baphendukele kuNkulunkulu ophilayo”. Lokhu kuveza ngokusobala ukuthi bamshiya uNkulunkulu phambilini. “izitha” Igama lelo elisetshenziswa uNkulunkulu ukuchaza wena nami singakaguquki. “Nani ekade ningabafokazi nezitha engqondweni ngemisebenzi emibi, senitholile ukubuyisana” (KwabaseKolose 1:21; KwabaseRoma 5:10). Guquka impela! Guquka wonke. Ukuguquka okunjalo enkosini kusho ezinye izinto;

  • Kuveza ukukholwa kuNkulunkulu, yena okumele bonke baguqukele kuye.
  • Kuveza ukungasathenjwa izinto ezindala ezingasizi, imicabango, onkulunkulu, izithombe imisebenzi nokunye okuningi.
  • Kungukuvuma ekugcineni ukuthi uNkulunkulu uqinisile, bonke abanye onkulunkulu bangabaqambimanga.
  • Kukhomba ukulangazelela okungaphakathi kwentando kaNkulunkulu nenhlungu ngokuguquka kuye.

Sithola umqondo ofanayo kumazwi kaKristu kuPawulu kumavesi adlule, kwizenzo 26:18, embizela emsebenzini wabaphendukayo “ebumnyameni, baphendukele ekukhanyeni”. Ukuphendukela okunjalo kuNkulunkulu ukufulathela usathane “Basuke emandleni kasathane”, lowo izwe elihleli kuye (1 EkaJohane 5:19), Yena lowo okumanje udukisa umhlaba wonke (Isambulo 12:9). Futhi kuvela ngokusobala, angeke sithi lokhu okungasikho okukaNkulunkulu kungokasathane nobumnyama, okwalowombuso? Yebo nama cha? Singakuyeki kulenga nje noma kuphi! Uyavuma noma uyaphika mngani wami?!

Kuyavela futhi nakwincwadi yezenzo 26:18 imiphumela yokuphenduka ngaso leso sikhathi;

  • “Ukuthethelelwa kwezono” Kuvela ukuthi akekho umuntu ongakwazi lokhu ngale kokuphendukela kuJesu okusemqoka.
  • “ifa” lasezulwini lisho itayitela lekholwa lasezulwini, kuveza ukuthi umuntu akanalo lelo themba engakaphenduki.

Inkosi uJesu Kristu uqobo lwayo eqinisekisa kuvesi 18 ukuthi konke kuza kumphefumulo “ngokukholwa” nakho “ukukholwa okukimi”, ukukholwa kuJesu Kristu. Yilapha kuphela okutholakala ukuxolelwa kwezono nefa elingunaphakade.

 

III. “Benze imisebenzi efanele ukuphenduka”

 

Ngokoqobo, “kwenziwe imisebenzi efanelene nokuphenduka”. Imisebenzi yakho ayihambisane nenhliziyo eshintshile futhi enenhlungu ngenxa yesono noma akusikho ukushintsha kwenhliziyo nomunyu ngenxa yesono. Umuntu ozisola ngempela ngokwenza okubi angeke aphinde afune ukukwenza futhi! Kuzoba nomthelela ekwenzeni kwakhe. Eqinisweni angeke sisindiswe imisebenzi yethu emihle. Kanti futhi kuyiqiniso ukuthi sisindisiwe impela sidalelwe imisebenzi emihle” (Kwabase-Efesu 2:8-10). Selukhona ushintsho olenzekile empilweni yakho selokhu wakholwa? Cha? Kungabe “wenzelwe kuKristu Jesu na” manje? “Zihlolisise, ukuba usekukholweni”!

“Omubi makashiye indlela yakhe, nomuntu owenza okubi imicabango yakhe, abuyele kuJehova, uyakuba nomusa kuye, yebo, abuyele kuNkulunkulu wethu, ngokuba uyakwenza ukuthethelela kube kukhulu” (U-Isaya 55:7).

Oshiya izindlela zakhe ezimbi nemicabango ubuyela ngokweqiniso enkosini futhi uthola umusa. Njengokuba uJakobe echaza, kunokukholwa okungenamusebenzi, lokho kukholwa kufile (EkaJakobe 2).

Lona ngumyalezo osukhohlakele ebandleni lakulesikhathi. Iqiniso ekumele lenzeke lokuphenduka. Nali iqiniso elibaluleke kakhulu eliyingqikithi yomsebenzi nomyalezo kubo bonke abantu emhlabeni, umemo lukaNkulunkulu olucacile lokuphenduka futhi olubonakala kwimpilo eshintshile. Hhayi ukushintsha nje okuthile kodwa uguquko ngokuphelele!! Wonke umuntu kwinkolo yakhe yamanga kumele abuke isimo esidabukisayo senhliziyo yakhe, indlela yakhe Kanye nesigcino sakhe. Wonke umuntu kumele aphenduke ekuthembeni izindlela zakhe. Wonke umphefumulo kumele uphendukele kuNkulunkulu webhayibheli, azilahle kuye ukuthola insindiso. Kubo bonke abantu, ingqikithi yomyalezo iyafana. Kumele uphenduke uguquke ngakho konke uguqukele kuNkulunkulu ophilayo! Iqiniso lalolo guquko kumele lubonakale kwimpilo eba nomunyu ngenxa yesono, iphenduke kuso.

Uma ufunda ivangeli Elisha lesimanjemanje, ungakudluli lokhu abangasakusho. Uzothola umyalezo wabo sewujikiwe, sekungempilo emnandi uNkulunkulu akufunela yona, nokuthi uNkulunkulu unomusa futhi ulunge kangakanani, nohlelo oluhle lwempilo yakho analo, azokunikeza yona. Ay bakithi, hlampe izinto azizinhle empilweni yakho. Kodwa uNkulunkulu omuhle uyafuna ukukwenzela kube kuhle kube mnandi. Kubukeka sengathi okubi umuntu ahlangabezana nakho ukungajabuli empilweni yakhe, kunokungajabuli kukaNkulunkulu! Uphi uSomandla, ogcwele ulaka ngenxa yesono somuntu, ukuhlubuka kwevangeli lesimanje? Kuyamangaza kakhulu ukuthi amagama afana nokuphenduka, noma isono, ukulahlwa okanye isihogo akaphathwa ngisho ukuphathwa. Akukho nje nhlobo okuzosabisa umphefumulo, kusizi, umunyu ngenxa yokuhlubuka kuNkulunkulu weqiniso, uNkulunkulu wezulu. Kubukeka sengathi ibandla manje seligcizelela ukuthi awukwazi ukutshela umuntu ukuthi wenza kabi noma uyaphambuka. Ukubonisana (okucashile? Bobuqili?) kumele kube yikho okusetshenziswayo. Akusalungile ukubatshela ukuthi benza okungalungile, siyobaholela kanjani kokuyikho, okulungile?

Ngicela uqonde ukuthi kwenzakalani lapha emnyango. Lomyalezo obalulekile kaPawulu akusiwo umyalezo wamabandla amanje antantayo. Bona bayaphuma nje kancane, baya behlehla behlehla ekufundiseni ibhayibheli okufanele kanti “abazalwane” bathanda kunjalo! Njengokuba kwaphrofethwa, bazifunela abazokitaza izindlebe zabo (2 KuThimothewu 4:3). Noma kwenzeka konke lokhu okwenzakalayo ezweni nasebandleni eliyizwe, ngathi ungahlakanipha ubuke indlela. okumele siziphathe ngayo emsebenzini wenkosi. Uthini umyalezo wethu ngokwezwi likaNkulunkulu?

 

Phenduka – Indlela yakho ayilungile kusukela ezimpandeni mngani wami ongasindisiwe. UNkulunkulu akakuthathi kancane ukunqaba kwakho nokwala iqiniso lakhe. Ngaphandle kokukhanya kuJesu Kristu uhlala ebumnyameni basathane! Ukuphenduka kwakho akusiyona into okumele ukhethe kuyo, okungenzeka ungayikhethi kodwa kungumyalo kaNkulunkulu wezulu “kubantu bonke ezindaweni zonke”.

 

Gugukela kuNkulunkulu – uNkulunkulu okunguye oweqiniso njengokwambuliwe ezwini likaNkulunkulu, ibhayibheli, kumele kube yilo obheke kulo ngqo. Ize leze lonkulunkulu nezithombe ngeke bakwenzela. Indlela kaNkulunkulu yokuya ekujabuleni ingomphristi omkhulu nomsindisi, inkosi uJesu Kristu. “Akakho oya kubaba, kuphela ngami”, kusho uJesu.

 

Yenza imisebenzi efanele ukuphenduka – Yiba nesiqiniseko sokuphenduka okuyikho, kuvela kwimpilo ezimisele ukushintsha, kube yinkazimulo kaNkulunkulu. Baningi abazibiza ngabazalwane, noma abasindisiwe ngamazwi abo, kodwa bazikhombise bengokunye ngezindlela zabo.
